GENERAL INFORMATION

• Under cold conditions, pneumatic tools and equipment experience downtime from freezing caused by the formation of ice in and around exhaust ports and valves. There is no need for this to happen if ICEFREE Pneumatic Tool Lubricant is used in airline lubricators.
  
• ICEFREE is not an additive. It is an excellent extreme pressure lubricant, absorbs the water in the ICEFREE airline, depressing the freezing point of the solution formed, thus eliminating freezing. This stable emulsion maintains high extreme pressure properties, unlike normal airline oils whose lubrication qualities deteriorate rapidly when water is present. 
  
• ICEFREE should not be mixed with ordinary tool oils, this will impair the de-icing properties. 
  
• ICEFREE is a synthetic lubricant which is NON-TOXIC and FULLY BIODEGRADABLE and has none of the drawbacks associated with normal oils. 
  
• ICEFREE is economical – ICEFREE forms a high film strength structure on working surfaces which is not so readily blown out of the exhaust port and wastefully dissipated. 
  
• Any pneumatic equipment subject to severe corrosion conditions will benefit from ICEFREE's unique ability to permanently absorb moisture. This feature enables ICEFREE to be used year round as an anti-corrosion agent. It is also used to prevent dieseling in rock drills and other heavy equipment which is important in underground operations or where gas leaks may be encountered.
